Matthew Jason Reed

Matthew Jason Reed, age 36 of Navarre passed away July 10, 2014 at his home. Matthew was born February 9, 1978 in Leesburg, FL. In 2004 he and his wife Raelynn moved to Navarre. He was a sales representative for Hillcrest Foods serving the local restaurant industry. He greeted the world with a smile and a warm 'hello everybody'. All will remember him as a family man, a cub scout leader for Pack #920 & helping his 'princess' with her gymnastics. His customers will remember him for his honest, dedication to their business with fairness to all. Raelynn will always remember the support of a wonderful husband and partner. His parents and brother will remember a loving, wonderful son, brother and friend. Matthew is survived by his wife Raelynn Reed with whom he shared 13 years of marriage. They have two children: Micholas & Makayla. He also leaves his parents: James & Susan (Copenhaver) Reed and a brother Michael Reed. Friends will gather Tuesday from 1 PM until 3 PM at the Paquelet Funeral Home. A time of sharing and reflection will be at 3 PM. Committal will be at the convenience of the family. A reception of friends will follow at the family residence. A Memorial Fund has been established at the Huntington Bank for the children in the name of Raelynn Reed.
