Mary A. Stallman, age 66 of Jackson Township, died Thursday, July 13, 2006 at her home. She was born on December 29, 1939 in Canton, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Lee Charles & Mary E. (Fowler) Doerschuk. She was a Jackson Township resident since 1967. She was a retired candy maker and currently was a homemaker. She was famous for her homemade apple dumplings. Along with her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brother Robert Lee Doerschuk. She is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Jerry L. Stallman of the home, her daughter, Cheryl L. (Michael) Young of Massillon, OH, her sons, Craig A. (Diane) Stallman and Jeffery S. Stallman both of Jackson Township, her grandchildren, Kimberly & Lisa Crilow, Aaron, Alicia & Amanda Young and Stephanie & Jessica Stallman, her sisters, Beverly J. Luke of Georgia, Donna L. (Tony) Zimmerman of Minnesota and her twin sister, Martha A. (Paul) Camp of Canton. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon with Pastor Gary Dolan officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6-9 P.M. and on Tuesday one hour before the service. Memorial contributions may be made in the name of Mary A.
