Mary Jane Wolgamott

Mary Jane (Moyer) Wolgamott, age 96 of Massillon, passed away on November 7, 2015. She was born on December 22, 1918 in Warren, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth (Swan) Moyer. Mary Jane was a member of Grace United Church of Christ in Massillon. Other memberships included, the Massillon Senior Citizens, the Red Hat Society and the Massillon Women's Club. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Wolgamott, her daughter, Nancy Hamilton, her grandson Timothy Davidson and her sisters, Betty Lough, Beatrice Smith, Wanda Weisgarber and Margie Palusko and her brothers Donald and Chester Moyer. She was also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law Carol Wolgamott and son-in-law William Hamilton. She is survived by her son James L. Wolgamott, 5 grandchildren, Wendy Davidson, Mike Wolgamott, Michelle Mayo, Valerie Dumitrescu and Amy Badertscher, 13 great grandchildren, her brother Edward Moyer and her sister Gloria Garman. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Pastor Jean Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m.
