Mary Jane Simon-Bickel

Mary Jane Simon-Bickel, 96 of Massillon, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017. She was born in Brewster, Ohio on April 22, 1920 and was the daughter of the late George and Martha (Close) Null. Mary Jane worked for Tyson Bearings in the early 40’s making airplane parts. She then worked at the Sugar Bowl for many years and then Superior Meats from where she retired Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Herman Simon, Sr. and Delmar Bickel, her brothers, Noble, Hale, Virgil, Arthur and Morris Null, her sisters Jesse Nelson and Faye Smith and her stepson Randy Bickel. Mary Jane is survived by her daughter, Delores (Harold) Rink, her sons, Herman (Pat) Simon, Jr. and William (Mary Jane) Simon, stepchildren, Cathy (Chris) Evans, Bruce (Janet) Bickel and Blair (Carole) Bickel, her brother, Oakley Null, her sister, Georgia Marian of Las Vegas, NV, 9 grandchildren, Jodi, Mickey, Bruce, Tommy, Denise, Julie, Dustin, April and Jonathan, 14 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
