Mary Frances Schofield

Mary Frances Schofield, 74, of Massillon, passed away on December 22, 2022 at Amherst Meadows. She was born on August 14, 1948 to the late Paul and Bernadine (Miller) Longheier in Massillon, OH. She was 1966 graduate of Central Catholic High School and later Ohio Dominican College. She married Larry Schofield on July 18, 1975 and he survived.

Mary worked as a Language Arts and Religion teacher for St. Joseph Catholic School in Massillon and later retired St. Paul Catholic School in North Canton. She enjoyed needlework and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered as a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Mary is survived by her husband of 47 years, Larry; her daughter Jennifer L.(Joshua) Doney; her grandchildren Ethan J. Doney, Quinlyn M. Doney and Jocelyn E. Doney and a host of family and friends.
