Mary F. Define

Mary F. Define age 81 of Navarre, passed away Friday morning at Altercare of Navarre. She was born on January 10, 1928 in Massillon to the late Frank and Francis (Bengovengi) Pendolino. Mary retired in 1987 from Alice’s Restaurant in Navarre following 22 years as a cook. She was a member of the Navarre VFW #5047, the former Italian Club in Massillon, and St. Clements Catholic Church in Navarre. Mary enjoyed spending her time with her son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Anthony, Sam and John Pendolino; sister, Angeline Keyser. Mary is survived by her husband, John Define, with whom she celebrated 59 years of marriage on December 31, 1949; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Barbara Define of Navarre; grandchildren, Stacey and Chris Parratt of Florida, John Define of Canton; great grandchildren Sarah and Isabelle Parratt. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Clements Catholic Church in Navarre with Fr. Edward Beneleit celebrant. There are no calling hours.
