Mary Ann Crottinger

Mary Ann Crottinger, of Leesville Lake region in Carrollton started her new walk with God on May 5th. She overcame cancer, heart disease, poor circulation and wheel chair confinement, but still enjoyed life to its fullest with her significant other Terry Talkington for the last 8 years. They boated, fished, but most of all she enjoyed cooking. They belonged to the Patriots of Summerdale and the Army/Navy in Massillon before it burned down. She lived in Massillon on and off for 35 years and moved to Carrollton 2 years ago. She was preceded in death by her daughter Marcia Bevelacqua and her father Ernest Hodgson. She is survived by her mother Anna H. Williams, her daughter Lynn Johnson Ellyson, her grandchildren, Aaron (Sara) Johnson, Michael Bevelacqua, Nicole Ellington and 6 great grandchildren. A celebration of the life of Mary Ann Crottinger will take place on Thursday at 7:00 P.M. at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Rev. Mark Oster will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-7 P.M. Her family wishes to express the greatest appreciation to Carroll County Hospice. Mary Ann’s wishes were to have a flower garden in her remembrance, outside flowers would be appreciated.
