Martie Ann Temple

Martie Ann Temple, 89 of Massillon, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at Meadow Wind Health Care Center. She was born on May 4, 1921 in Massillon, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret (Peterman) Fetzer. She was a member of Reedurban Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Massillon Women’s Club. She graduated from Mt. Marie High School. She was a hostess at the former Town & Country Restaurant. She was an avid fisherman and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles and reading novels. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Merle William Temple and her brother Ralph Fetzer, Jr. She is survived by her son William P. (Laurie Ann) Young of Canton, her daughter, June Ann Lewis of Massillon, her grandchildren, Robert Lewis of Massillon, Ryan Young of Blacklick, OH, Erin and Christopher Young of Canton and a great grandson Zander Young of Blacklick, OH. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Friday at 2:00 P.M. at Newman Creek Cemetery. Paquelet – A Golden Rule Funeral Home 330-833-3222
