Marion J. Harris age 47 of Massillon passed away Thursday at Aultman Hospital. He was born January 4, 1959 in Massillon to the late Norma Adams Hendricks and James Harris. Marion was a 1977 graduate of Washington High School. As the son of the founder of Norma?s Cottage on 13th St. S. E,. he continued to operate the store until his health failed him. In addition to his mother two brothers: Samuel & Chummy Harris preceded him in death. He is survived by: Father James Harris of Westland, PA Sisters Julie E. Bray Joyce (Roger) Sumlin Brothers James Hendricks Leonard Jones Aunt Katherine (Louis) Tabois Special Cousins David L. Williams and Mary Kay Pringle Special friends Marcia Papatoukakis, Johanne Spino, Irene Papatoukakis, David & Tina Johnson, Becky & Dennis Maley, Cindy & Don Meister, Julie & David Covert, Vincent Spino, Liz Hider, Viola Robinson & Sarah Wiley. A Home Going Service will be 1 PM Monday at Word of Liberty Church, 649 Young St. S. E., Massillon of which he was a devoted member. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the church Monday from 11 AM until the service. The family would like to thank Pastor Bernard Lawson, Fr. Edward Gretchko, and Rev. John Harrison for their pastoral visits and prayers. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 1311 Mamaroneck Ave, Suite #310, White Plains, NY 10605.
