Marilyn L. Sheaters

Marilyn L. Sheaters, 95, passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, November 9, 2024. 

Marilyn was born on March 15, 1929, in Massillon to the late Albert and Ethel (Bender) Wolfe. She was a 1947 graduate of Washington High School. She married the love of her life, Charles B. Sheaters on March 31, 1951. 

Marilyn loved to garden and will always be remembered as a kindhearted, loving, woman who loved her family and cared deeply for her friends. 

Marilyn is survived by her three children, Jerry (Cathy) Sheaters, Debbie (Joe) Gleason, Susan (Roger) Forystek; six grandchildren, Michael Gleason, Michelle (Brian) Gleason Mathews, Sara Sheaters, Rachel Sheaters, Natalie Forystek, and Kristina Forystek; four great-grandchildren, Zachary Sheaters, James Farmer, Noah Bell, and Bailey Bell; and one great-great grandchild, Lennan Sheaters.

In addition to her parents, Marilyn is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Charlie Sheaters.

Memorial Donations may be made to Aultman Woodlawn Compassionate Care Hospice. In accordance with Marilyn's wishes, cremation will take place.
