They were married on November 10, 1962, at St. Joseph Church in Massillon, sharing their lives ever since. Marilyn was a first-grade teacher at Whipple Heights Elementary School, learning to snap her fingers and point in one smooth motion to get a student’s attention. Marilyn was gracious and kind to all who were fortunate to have met her. Her life centered in the home she loved in Stark County with occasional adventures to Myrtle Beach, Italy, Notre Dame football games, and visits to her children in various parts of the country.
