Marilyn A. Brown

Marilyn A. Brown, age 79 of Lake Cable, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 9th. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 2, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Louise Stocker. She was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Marilyn was a most loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, James Brown, whom she married on July 8, 1950, her ten children, Joyce Kassal, James Brown, Marian Kirkpatrick, Thomas Brown, Kathleen Carey, Michael Brown, Barbara Dixon, Carl Brown, John. Brown and David Brown. Also surviving are over 29 grandchildren and over 26 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday one hour before the Mass. The family suggests memorials to the donor’s favorite charity.
