Marija Joksimovic

Marija Joksimovic, 95 of Massillon, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at her home with her family at her side. She was born in Montenegro (formerly Yugoslavia) on December 5, 1918. Marija worked at and retired from the former Perry Rubber Company. She was a member of St. George Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Krsto and Staka Djekovic, her husband, Pavic Joksimovic, her son Radule Joksimovic and her grandson Aleksandar Joksimovic. She is survived by her daughters, Natalija Ferradi and Dusanka Tomic, her grandchildren, Tomislav (Michelle) Tomic, Petar Joksimovic and Marija Elias and her great grandchildren, Tyler and Trent Tomic and Mario and Maya Elias. Funeral services will take place on Monday at 10:00 A.M. at St. George Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church with the Very Rev. Fr. Aleksa Pavichevich officiating. Burial will follow at Massillon Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Sunday from 6-8 P.M. with a Pomen Service at 7:45 P.M.
