Marie Pullin

Marie Pullin age 103, passed peacefully on the morning of September 15, 2022, surrounded by her loving and devoted children. Joining her husband Charles ( Grandpa Chuck) and daughter Joyce who proceeded her on the heavenly journey. Marie was beautiful, kind hearted, soft spoken, and stylish to the end. She was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She lived a life immersed in her faith and enjoyed times spent singing in the choir and surrounded by her family. Her presence would bring joy to all who knew her.

She was born to Lillian Yates Lenn Whinnery and  Charles  John Lenn on December 19, 1918, in Grafton, West Virginia. Marie was married to Charles Pullin on October 28th, 1953. They celebrated 40 years of marriage. Marie will be lovingly remembered by her children; John (Carol) Richards, Joyce (Jim) Johnson, Jim (Kathy) Riley, Rebecca (Joe) Ehret, and Sharon (Lawrence) Stead.

Affectionately Grandma Re-Re to her 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

Marie always wanted to help people and had a special love for children. A memorial fund has been set up with St Jude, a charity she held dear.

In leu of flowers, a donation can be made to St Jude Children's hospital in the name of The Marie Pullin Memorial Fund. ( St.Jude.org )

We can continue to honor her by helping others.
