Margaret "Peggy" A. Eisenbrei, age 65 passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016. She was born on February 19, 1951 in Massillon to the late Frederick and Mildred (Rogich) Kirkbride. She was a 1969 graduate of Washington High School and the Akron City Hospital School of Nursing. She shared 50 years together with her high school sweetheart Dale L. Eisenbrei, marrying him on June 26, 1971. Peggy worked as a Registered Nurse for multiple surgeons and finished her career at Aultman Hospital as an Endoscopy Nurse. Peggy loved the outdoors, especially the beach and spending countless hours in her flower garden. She also enjoyed playing golf, going for long walks and meeting with her "Card (Eating) Club" friends. She was active in Zumba at the Massillon YMCA, enjoyed reading and found great joy spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Massillon where she volunteered at the Soup Kitchen. In addition to her husband Dale, she is survived by her children Derek (Kristie) Eisenbrei, Sara (Dale) Geissinger and Trevor (Beth) Eisenbrei; her grandchildren Kylee Geissinger, Alex Brannam, Bryce Geissinger, Katie Brannam, T.J. Eisenbrei, Clara Eisenbrei and Cameron Eisenbrei; her brother Nick Kosanovich, her mother-in-law June Eisenbrei; her brothers-in law Wayne Eisenbrei, Terry (Diane) Eisenbrei, and Paul (Nancy) Long; her nieces Amanda (Tim) Piatt, and Ashley Eisenbrei; her nephews Ryan (Katie) Long and Aaron (Katie) Eisenbrei and as well as a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her sister Helen Long, sister-in-law Kim Eisenbrei and her father-in-law Leo Eisenbrei. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 10a.m. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Thursday, June 02, 2016 from 4-8p.m. and from 9-9:30a.m on Friday. Interment at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Peggy's memory to the Soup Kitchen at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Massillon. The family would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. James D. Johns from Peggy and her family for extending the length and quality of her life.
