Margaret Lou Lewis

Margaret Lou Lewis, age 64 of Massillon, passed away Tuesday evening at her residence. She was born on June 11, 1942 in Warren, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Carl W. and Helen A. (Wargo) Collier. Her life was spent as a soul winner and spiritual leader. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a former member of the Beacon of Hope in Warren, Ohio and a current member of the Massillon Baptist Temple. She is survived by her husband, Hugh L. Lewis whom she married on June 16, 1963, her son William L. Lewis of Leavittsburg, Ohio, her daughter and son in law Helen M. and Dennis Murray of Massillon and her grandchildren, Ashley, Alex, Alicia and Abigail Murray, her brothers, Carl Collier of Cleveland, Ohio and John Collier of Lake Milton, Ohio. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers William and Darrell Collier and her sister Merrie Collier. A memorial service will take place on Friday at 11:00 A.M. at the Massillon Baptist Temple with Rev. Cecil Thayer officiating. Cremation has taken place.
