Margaret Lillich

Margaret Lillich, 97 of Massillon, passed away Monday, July 4, 2016. Margaret was born on December 27, 1918 in Massillon, the daughter of Michael and Susan (Bocko) Prazniak. She was a lifelong resident of Massillon. Margaret loved spending time with her family and her church family at St. John Lutheran Church. She was very devoted to teaching, and helping spread the Gospel in any way she could. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Dutch" Lillich; sister, Pauline Brondos; and brother, Michael Prazniak. She is survived by her children, Dennis (Diana) Lillich, Nancy Duff and Peggy (Frank) Miller; grandchildren, Brandy Duff, Shannon (Dan) Norris, Jordan (Jessica) Lillich, Ashley Lillich and Alex Lillich; step-grandchildren, Sarah (Jake) Berkley, John Duell, and Jessica Miller; great-grandchildren, Mason, Brock, River; step great-grandchildren, Emma, Maddie and Ian; and her brothers John (Jo) Prazniak and Albert "Al" (Pat) Prazniak. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church: 1900 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park. Calling hour will be at the church on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either Martha Society or the Organ Fund at St. John Lutheran Church.
