Margaret Lee Young

Margaret Lee (Brown) Young "Tomi", a cherished mother and grandmother left this earthly realm on February 27, 2023, after a long battle with cancer.

She was 73 years young.

It would be wrong to say that Tomi lost her battle with cancer because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Tomi stayed strong.

Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn't mean that she lost her fight.

She will be dearly missed by her family and many lifelong friends.

Tomi is survived by her loving life partner, Wayne Ruof of Massillon Ohio, three children, Stacey Bycura of Massillon Ohio, Jennifer (Jeff Rapp) Young of Navarre Ohio and Alex (Angie) Young of Akron Ohio, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and her two brothers Tim (Kris) Brown and John (Laura)

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas C. Brown and Barbara Cameron Brown of Emmett Idaho, her sister; Chris Coxe of Boise Idaho niece; Kim Coxe Wollenburg of Boise Idaho. At her request, memorial services will be privately held for immediate family only. A celebration of life to be scheduled at a future date.
