Marcella J. Ferrell

Marcella J. Ferrell, 50, of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 13, 2014 at her residence. Marcella was born on February 23, 1964 in Massillon the daughter of Russell Johnston and Sandra (Hudson) Johnston/Koval. Marcella was a lifelong resident of Massillon and a 1982 graduate of Washington High School. She loved fishing, hunting, playing cards and spending time with her family. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Ferrell in 2013, and her brother Turk Johnston. She is survived her daughters, Stephanie Ferrell, and Marcia (William) Snyder; her grandchildren, Alea and Jasmine Ferrell, Savannah Klema, and William Russell Snyder; her brother, Shawn Koval; and her sister, Brenda Schuring. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 3 p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2- 3 p.m. The family suggests donations be made to the funeral home to cover expenses.
