Luella M. Weltlich, 83 of Dover, Ohio, formerly of Massillon, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at her home. She was born in Bucks Township, Ohio on July 30, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Florence (Stein) Miller. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Massillon and was an associate member at St. John's United Church of Christ in Dover. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George D. Weltlich in 2003. She is survived by her children, Brenda Kermode, Kenneth Weltlich, Donald (David Perin) Weltlich, Gerald (Tracey) Weltlich and Edward (Brenda) Weltlich. Also surviving are her 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, her sister Carol Graef and other family members. Funeral services will take place on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and on Monday one hour before the service. Memorials may be made in Luella's name to either Community Hospice of Tuscarawas, Stark and Carroll Counties or Dover St. John's United Church of Christ Stained Glass Restoration Project.
