Luella Jean Riley

Luella Jean Riley, age 82 of Massillon, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2011. Jean was born on December 27, 1928 in Massillon the daughter of the late Francis M. and Florence B. (Marshall) Cain. Jean was a former Lincoln High School graduate. She was a retiree of General Motors and a member of UAW Local #467 in Michigan where she lived for over 30 years. She enjoyed reading, puzzle books, card and board games, gardening and feeding her birds and squirrels, and her many dog companions. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 siblings and her son-in-law, Jim Schian. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children Dave (Nancy) Cartwright of Jeromesville, OH, Becki Boudot of Wooster, OH and Jeanne Schian of Saginaw, MI; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Jean’s Life will be held on Saturday, May 28th at 10:00 A.M. at the Paquelet and Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home in Massillon. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery.
