Louise D. Williams

Louise D. Williams, 88 of Massillon, passed away on Tuesday, October, 25, 2016. Louise was born on December 16, 1927 in Newcomerstown, Ohio the daughter of the late John and Louvesta (Evans) Driver. She was a lifelong resident of the area and a 1936 graduate of Washington High School. She worked and retired from the Timken Co. She was a former member of St. James A.M.E. Zion church. Louise enjoyed fishing, shopping, traveling to casinos and spending time with her family. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Lincoln Driver and her sister, Johnnie Mae. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Michael Driver, Marcia Williams, Philip Williams all of Massillon and Lynette Williams - Daniel of Cocoa, FL; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; her niece, Mary K. Driver of Massillon; and her nephews, Sam Driver of Massillon and Dr. Alvin of CA. A Home Going Celebration will be held on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Rev. Beverly A. Lewis will be officiating. Burial will follow at Massillon Cemetery.
