Linda M. Jones

Linda M. (Warstler) Jones, 64 went home to be with her Lord on November 5, 2012 at home following an extended illness. She was born in Massillon on November 6, 1947 to the late Edward W. and Olive Wadsworth Brown. She was a graduate of Fairless High School, Class of 1966 and was the Supervisor of Cafeteria at Massillon Christian School. Linda was a member of Massillon Baptist Temple. She was a compassionate, kind, selfless, caring, giving true woman of God. Her thoughtfulness, kind heart and testimony was a blessing to all those who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Gary N. Jones , whom she married on August 12, 2000, four children, Amy (Leonard) Towle of Navarre, Cheryl (Russell) Clum of Uhrichsville, William (Michele) Warstler of Navarre, Denise (James) Carter of Navarre, four step-children, Gail (Robert) Blake, Sandra Shaffer, Brian (Nicole) Jones, Andrew (Denise) Jones all of Massillon, twenty three grandchildren, three brothers, Rev. Arza (Ruth) Brown of Hawaii, Rev. Ernest (Monoka) Brown, Ecuador, William (Sherry) Brown of Navarre, two sisters, Peggy (William) Urban of Uhrichsville and M. Jane (Lew Pinion) Brown of Louisville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Warstler in 1997 and a granddaughter Lauren Carter. Friends may call at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and 6:00PM -8:00 PM and at the Massillon Baptist Temple from 10:00 AM -11:00 AM on Friday. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Massillon Baptist Temple, burial will be in East Union Lawn Cemetery, Navarre, Pastor Cecil Thayer, Officiating.
