Linda K. Zimmerman

Linda K. Zimmerman, age 70 of Massillon passed away Sunday May 19, 2013 at Manor Care. Linda was born December 14, 1942 in Canton to the late Charles & Lillian (Walther) Steiner and graduated from Washington High School. She will be remembered for opening her home to troubled and runaway kids. Always one to follow the activities of her children and grandchildren. She was an avid knitter and diehard Tiger and Buckeye fan. Linda is survived by her husband of 43 years, John L. Zimmerman; three children, Charles Zimmerman, Christopher (Amy) Zimmerman and Catherine McLeod; five grandchildren, Skyler, Lillian, Macey, Cameron and Jaedyn; sister, Charlotte Gerstenslager. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Thursday at St. Marys' Catholic Church. Her final resting place will be Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday From 6-8 PM at the Paquelet Funeral Home.
