Linda K. Allshouse

Linda K. (Bergdorf) Allshouse, age 79, of Massillon, passed away on Saturday, February 05, 2022. She was born in Massillon on January 24, 1943, to the late Clayton and Dorothy (Luttrell) Bergdorf. She was a 1961 graduate of Massillon Washington High School, where she served as a Majorette and played the Saxophone in the Massillon Tiger Swing Band. She married Durwood Allshouse in May 1978 and they were together until his passing 2008. Linda worked in finance and bookkeeping for many years. She was a devoted aunt and stepmother, who loved spending time with her nieces, nephews, and stepsons and was also an animal lover. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Massillon. Linda ran a ceramic shop in her home and was known for her excellent ceramic work. She will be forever remembered as a kind and loving person and will be sorely missed. She is survived by her sisters Jayne McQueen and Terry (Jake) Rueckert; her nieces and nephews, Chris, Dawn, Jenn, Adam and Trevor; her stepsons Mark, Mike and Chris Allshouse as well as a host of family and friends. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
