Linda A. Masters

Linda A. Masters age 69 of Massillon, passed away Friday morning at her residence. She was born on July 27, 1939 in Mineral City, OH to the late Arthur and Anne (Brinkman) Schram. Linda was a 1957 Washington High School graduate. She retired from Kmart following 27 years of service as a Department Manager. Linda was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed gardening, camping and fishing. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald A. Masters who passed away April 23, 2007; son, Dennis Baker and a brother Rodney Schram. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Denise (Jerry) Beall of Wooster, Amy (Doug) Baird, Bradenton, FL; step son, Jeffrey Masters of Massillon; sisters, Georgia (Gary) Price of Canton and Bonnie Weber of North Carolina; grandchildren, Kari and Jill Masters, Keith, Heather, Brian and Matthew Baker, Jason Jacobs, Justin and Josh Beall, Jacob and Kelsey Baird; great grandchildren, Marcus Jacobs, Gauge and Tyler Symanski, Aubrey and Kaiden Beall and Lindsey Baker. Funeral services celebrating Linda’s life will be held Monday at 1:00 PM at the Arnold – Lynch Funeral Home in Massillon with Rev. Edd Matako officiating. Calling hours will be Sunday 1:00 –3:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Brookfield Cemetery following the services.
