Levora Thomas

LeVora Thomas Age 70 of Massillon passed away Jan 9, 2021 at Mercy Medical after a short illness. She was the firstborn to the late Reynold and Viola Williams Sr. Born on Dec 9, 1950. With her outgoing personality, she was always one to strike up a conversation with anyone she met. Over the years she generously gave and shared what she had with others in need. She is preceded in death by her parents. LeVora is survived by siblings: Rebecca Reese, Reynold Williams Jr. (Rebecca), Sheila Williams-Shafer, Steve Williams (Pat) and Lavois Williams. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to her former husband Lee Thomas (Betsy) for always being there for her. You were her angel. She worked 45 years at Crown Cork & Seal; retiring in 2019 due to health issues. She considered her co-workers as her extended family and had made many enduring friendships there. We thank them for their caring actions and kindnesses shown. We would also like to thank her friend Nonny for helping and assisting LeVora with many things over the past two years. A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at Calvary Cemetery outside the Mausoleum due to the pandemic.
