Leo F Mummertz

Leo Mummertz passed away on April 9, 2021. He was born in Navarre on November 25, 1932 to the late John and Pauline (Mitzel) Mummertz. He graduated from Navarre High School where he was the baseball pitcher taking them to the state playoffs. He served in the Korean War and retired from Union Drawn with 40 years of service. He enjoyed lawn work and watching the Indians, Browns, and golf. He is survived by his wife Jean, son, Doug, daughter, Leslie (David) and three wonderful and special grandsons, Ben, Dan (Ruth), and Matt. A private memorial service will be held for family and friends.
