Lana R. Woodworth

Lana R. Woodworth, 72 of Perry Township, formerly of the Cleveland area went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Lana was born on March 31, 1943 in Massillon, the daughter of the late Robert and Marian (Angerer) Coyne. She was a 1962 graduate of Central Catholic High School. Lana retired after a lifetime nursing career at Hillcrest Hospital. She was a caregiver as was evidenced by her care for others, service to her church, love for her family, and her dedication to her beloved cats. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon V. Woodworth in 1998; her sisters, Dianne Pikus and Patricia Ostertag; her brother Robert Coyne; and her nephew Luke Merry. She is survived by her sister Lisa (Tom) Merry of Canton, and her brother Kevin Coyne of Columbus; her nieces Tricia (Stephen) Ostertag, Hannah, Meghan and Lydia Merry and other nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish 'St. Clement' in Navarre. Private burial will be held at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland, Ohio.
