Kirk Jacob Harbin, aged 55, passed away Tuesday, July 14th, 2015 suddenly of cardiac arrest. He was born in Massillon, Ohio on February 16, 1960 to parents Mary and Earl Harbin of Katy, TX. Kirk attended Perry local schools where he played football, participated in wrestling and was an avid lover of martial arts. Kirk was a veteran of the Massillon Fire Department (1989-1998) working as a firefighter and paramedic. After 9 years of working at MFD he continued working in car sales and construction. Kirk leaves to cherish his memory: Wife- Tina M. Harbin of Tucson, AZ; Daughters- La Shawnna Harbin and Jessica Harbin both of Tucson, AZ; Sons- Nathan Davis of Jacksonville, FL, Payton Harbin of Mansfield, OH; Step Son- Jeremy Kester of Massillon, OH; One Grandchild- Kierra Green of, Jacksonville, FL; Sister- Beverly Brewer of Denver, CO, Brother- Earl R. Harbin of Houston, TX; Nephews- Paul Brewer of Denver, CO, Earl Harbin Jr. of Richmond, VA; Uncles- Grady Robinson of Massillon, OH, Arnell Robinson of Massillon, OH, Jesse Robinson of Massillon, OH; Aunt- Ann Henderson of Atlanta, Ga; and countless other cousins, close relatives, friends and his special friend, Claudette Russell. Friends and family may call at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 10:00AM – 11:00AM with a Home Going Celebration to be held at 11:00AM. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
