Keith Allen Warstler, Sr.

Keith A. Warstler, 71 of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 17, 2018. Keith was born on June 10, 1946 in Massillon, the son of the late Vernon and Ellen (Williams) Warstler. Keith was a lifelong resident of the area and a 1964 graduate of Tuslaw High School. He was a United States Army Ohio National Guard Veteran. Keith retired from Republic Steel after 42 years of service. He was a member of Central Presbyterian Church in Massillon. Keith was a man of great faith and will be remembered for his dedication to his family. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his nephew, Jeffrey Warstler, Jr. He is survived by his wife Cornelia (Fryer) Warstler whom he shared 48 years of marriage; sons, Keith A. (Pamela) Warstler, Jr., and Brian (Emily) Warstler; grandchildren, Brayden, Drew, Adelyn, and Hunter Warstler and Maddie Rohr; brothers, Jeffrey (Lydia) Warstler and Bruce (Connie) Warstler; sister, Brenda (Robert Teter) Barnhouse; several nieces and nephews; and his canine companion, Lizzie. A Celebration of Keith’s life will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Central Presbyterian Church in Massillon. Inurnment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and from 10- 11 a.m. at the church on Thursday.
