Kathy S. Brown

Kathy S. Brown, 65, passed on January 24th, 2022. She was born on August 7th, 1956 in Akron to the late Paul W. Brown and Mary F. Dakes. Kathy became part of the New Horizon Developmental Providers family in 2007. She enjoyed country and oldies music as well as getting her nails done and going to work at New Horizon Dayhab. She also enjoyed being surrounded by others. Kathy is survived by two siblings, Norine Carmichael and Jimmy Brown; many nieces and nephews; caregivers and friends Rose Brown, Falicia Pittman and Cynthia Anderson. She was preceded in death by her sister Pamela Yanosik. Visitation will be held at Paquelet Funeral Home on February 2nd, 2022 from 11:30am to 12:30pm with a Celebration of Kathy’s Life following at 12:30pm. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
