Kathryn "Kay" Mae Fenton

June 28, 1935 — July 9, 2012

Kathryn "Kay" Mae Fenton, age 77 of Massillon passed away on Monday, July 9, 2012. She was born on June 28, 1935 in Massillon to the late Walter and Mildred Wilhelm. She attended Massillon Schools. She married Clarence Fenton Sr. on November 29, 1963 and he survives her. Kay worked as Dietary Supervisor at the Massillon Hospital for 17 years, and also at Isalys Diary for 14 years. Kay loved the outdoors and she could always be found at Atwood Lake, camping, fishing and boating. Kay's other passion included being a die-hard Massillon Tigers, Browns, Indians and Cavs fan. Her memory will be cherished as a good cook and loving wife and mother. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Richard Porter, Edye Cary, Ernestine Flynn and Clarence (Kellie) Fenton Jr; 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters Marilyn Vannoy and Cheryl Fasano. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Walter and Edward Richard Wilhelm and granddaughter Jayme Croston. A Funeral Service for Kay will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 8 P.M. at the Paquelet Funeral Home, Chaplain Terry Levengood will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 P.M. until the time of the service.
