Kathryn K. Slinger

Kathryn Kolleen Slinger, age 68, of Massillon, passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022. Kathy was born on February 24, 1954, in Massillon, the daughter of the late James and Donna (Fowler) Kiefer. She was a 1972 graduate of Washington High School. She adored her grandchildren and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandchildren, Sara MacDonald and Christopher Gowins; and brothers, Kenneth Kiefer, and Kregg Kiefer.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Timothy Slinger; daughters, Marcey MacDonald, Shanna (Shaun Gowins) Slinger, and Stephanie Slinger; grandchildren, Tyler MacDonald, Cody MacDonald, Corin Gowins, Chase Gowins, and Jamison Gibson; sister, Karen (RJ) Wonsick, sister-in-law, Pam Cole; and many nieces and nephews.
