Karen Marie Bailey

Karen Marie Bailey, 80, of Brewster, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. Karen was born on October 19, 1942, in Mannington, WV the daughter of the late Melvin and Lillian (Price) Toothman. She was member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Brewster, Ohio. Karen retired from Zimmer, having never missed a single day of work. She enjoyed growing flowers and taking care of her Chihuahuas.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Bailey, and brothers, Denzil Toothman, and Stanley Toothman; and sister-in-law, Sylvia Toothman.

She is survived by her daughters, Machelle (Rick) Maxwell, and Kim (Rick Steele) Bailey; grandchildren, Bambi Ewing, Cecelia (Craig) McIntyre, Brandon (Haley) Bailey, Monique (Steph) Bailey, and Kaley Childs; brother, Dale (Patty) Toothman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Daniel, RN and the staff at Aultman Hospital for their care and compassion.

The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Monday, April 24, 2023, from 10-11 a.m. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
