Justin S. Rossiter, age 20 of Dalton, passed away Tuesday at Akron City Hospital. Justin was born on December 31, 1986 in Massillon to Marlan and Denise (Hodgson) Rossiter. He had attended Dalton High School and Wayne County Career Center. Justin enjoyed music and playing his guitar. He was a member of Anchor Baptist Church in Massillon. In addition to his parents, he is survived by; sisters, Jamie Rossiter of Canton South and Lindsay Rossiter of Dalton; maternal grandmother, Glenna Hodgson of North Lawrence, paternal grandmother Marilyn Rossiter of Massillon; great grandmother, Catherine Hodgson of North Lawrence; aunts and uncles, Dale (Julie) Hodgson of Medina, Dave (Shelly) Hodgson of Brewster, Bradley Rossiter of Massillon, Lynette (Rick) Arner of Dalton; nieces, Kaylee and Madison and a special friend Laura Windhurst. He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather Eugene Hodgson and paternal grandfather, Lanny Rossiter. Funeral services celebrating Justin’s life will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Arnold – Lynch Funeral Home in Massillon with Dr. Mark Jacobs officiating. Calling hours will be Friday 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM and one hour prior to the services on Saturday. Interment will take place following the services at Newman Creek Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Akron City Hospital’s Trauma Center. Justin gave his gift of life through organ donation. The legacy lives on.
