June Radtka

Gladys "June" Radtka, age 85 of Massillon, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2015. She was born on August 11, 1929 in Massillon and was the daughter of the late Harry and Rhea (Merket) White. June was a 1947 graduate of Massillon Washington High School and a member of First Baptist Church. She had worked in the housekeeping department at Gaslite Villa. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Radtka, Sr., her infant grandson Eric Scott Radtka and her sister Lucille McDonald. June is survived by her children, Robert (Diane) Radtka, Jr, Karen Radtka, Timothy Radtka, Laura (Tom) Skelton, Nancy (Charles) Reed, David Radtka and Ronald Radtka. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and her sister Betty Bucher. A service to commemorate the life of June Radtka will take place on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church with Dr. Roger Alber officiating. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Friday from 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday one hour before the service at the church.
