June Pitts

June Pitts, age 77 formerly of Massillon, died Sunday, April 15, 2007 at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida after a brief illness. She was born on February 7, 1930 in Wampum, PA and was the daughter of the late George and Cora (DeHass) Huffman. June was a dedicated mother and wife and a member of St. John's United Church of Christ. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Jug Pitts on March 14, 2005, her brothers, Keith, Michael & Darl Huffman and her sisters, Rebecca Thellman and Ruth Allman. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy S. Pitts of North Palm Beach, FL, her son and daughter-in-law, Larry & Linda Pitts of Chicago, IL, her brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Sandy Huffman of Mt. Vernon, OH and her sister Mae DeGordon of Massillon. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, April 20, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 12-1:00 P.M.
