Judith Myers

Judith Marlene Myers, 73, of Massillon passed away Thursday March 26, 2009 at Country Lawn Nursing Home. She was born January 6, 1936 in New Cumberland, West Virginia the daughter of the late Ernest and Mabel (Grimm) Blake. Judith was a member of the Eagles Aerie #190 Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid bowler. Judith especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She married Harold Myers on August 15, 1954 and he survives along with children Robert (Wendy) Myers of Brewster and their son Mathew, Kim (John) Lightfoot of Navarre and their children Seth, Sierra, and Slade, Liz (Tom) Walker of Massillon and their children Amy, Aaron, Bryan, Brittny, and Jeramie (Stacy) Parsons of Massillon and their children Colin, MacKenzie, and Reagan; sisters Helen Stine, and Betty Cox both of West Virginia, and Annie McClay of Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Dallas Blake, and sister Ruth McGeorge. Cremation took place and a private family memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions in Judith’s memory may be given to the Salvation Army. The family is being assisted by the Arnold Lynch Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd. NE.
