Joshua Alan Tausch

Joshua Alan Tausch, 37, passed away on December 24, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Canton, on February 11, 1985 to Tracy Tausch.

Josh was the best husband, a loving and caring father, son, brother, papa and friend. He enjoyed helping others, and would do anything for anyone. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially his granddaughter Kyndall. He was a Harley Davidson lover, and traveled often with his wife. Josh was the life of the party, with the best laugh. He enjoyed investing in stocks, collecting hot wheels, and hosting parties at his home with friends and family. He had a love for music and had a nickname for everyone. In 2006, he began working at Kraft Heinz as a forklift driver. He was a loyal and dedicated union official for the UFCW Local 17A from February of 2014 to present. Josh was a Union Steward, Grievance Committee member, Chief Steward and a Contract Negotiations Committee member.

Joshua is preceded in death by his grandmother, Bonnie Jensen; great-grandmother Reba Stouffer; and great-grandparents Henry and Mae Jensen.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Tausch, his mother, Tracy Tausch, grandfather, Robert Jensen, father in law, John Bontrager, children Jayvon ( Kayla) Howard, Dominic (Be Bin) Howard and Brianna Howard (Collen Thomas) , granddaughters, Kyndall and Muna, sisters, Kimberly Tausch (Dave Nay) and Brittaney (Matt) Allen, nieces, Riley and Lilly, nephews Nolan and Nathan, brother in law Jason (Kwyn) Bontrager, uncle Brian (Tricia) Jensen, cousins, Kyle (Leeann) Jensen and Jacob (Brianna) Jensen, and a large number of friends.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, December 31, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Paquelet Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646. A funeral service will be held directly following at 7:00 pm.
