Joseph M. Cindric

Joseph M. Cindric, age 84 of Canton, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Aultman Hospital. Joseph was born on October 13, 1927 in Brownsville, PA the son of the late Marko and Caroline (O'Branovich) Cindric. Joseph lived in the area most of his life and worked at Superior Brand Meats for 32 years. Joe was a United States Army veteran serving our country during WWII. He enjoyed woodworking, golfing, gardening, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kelly Jo Cindric and his brothers and sisters, Frank, Catherine, Anna Marie, Mary Patricia, John, George, and Robert. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Dorothy (Cann) Cindric with whom he married on June 12, 1948; his children, Carol (Bob) Shaeffer of Navarre, Joseph (Lucy) Cindric, Jr. of Boydton, VA, Jennifer (Mark) Perez of Navarre, and Elizabeth (Robert) Brashear of Elkgrove, CA; his grandchildren, Stephanie Zahler, Michael and Chris Shaeffer, Bobbie Ferguson, Ashley and Robert Perez, Brittany Cindric, and Nicole Radzionau; 9 great-grandchildren; his sister, Helen Blanchard of TX; his special friends, Louis, Carmen and Matthew Lo. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 23, 2011 at 1:30 P.M. at Paquelet Funeral Home. Rev. Msgr. James A. Clark will be officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-8 P.M.
