Joseph L. Campbell

Joseph Leroy Campbell, 80, of Canton, passed away on September 18, 2022, following a period of declining health.

He was born on October 25, 1941 to the late Robert and Mary Lou (Distler) Campbell at Malvern.

Joseph attended Malvern High School and worked as a mechanic for Pearson's Auto Parts, retiring in 2015. He played guitar and sang daily with his wife, Peggy. He loved fishing and was dedicated to his family. He attended many church's in the area and was a man of great faith.

Joseph is survived by his children, Jeffrey A.(Lee) Campbell, Anthony L.(Shelly) Campbell, Richard L. (Chris) Campbell, Don (Misty) Campbell, and John (Jennifer) Campbell; step-children, Jeff (Barb) Burgess, Tammy(Brian) Stamm, Pam (Terry)Tarleton, and Amy (Todd) Resnick; twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and siblings, Mary Pietrafese, Ronny Campbell, Kenny Campbell, Larry Campbell, Robert Campbell, Charlotte French and Kevin Campbell.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death he is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy (Burgess); and sisters, Connie Neggro and Kathy Beckett.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
