Joseph Edward Manz

Joseph Manz, 78, of Massillon, passed away on September 2, 2022.

He was born on December 6, 1943 to Charles and Eldora (Huffman) Manz at Massillon, OH.

He loved cross-country skiing, bicycling, roller skating and enjoyed staying active. He took on many roles and at one point was Mayor of Marlboro, Colorado. Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Beverly, Children; Jennifer (Mike) Gipp, Matthew (Rachel) Douglas and Kelly Boyles, Grandchildren; Michael Gipp, Madison Gipp, Latrisa (Frank) Dudash, Danny Manz, Kylie Douglas, Audrey Douglas, Alexis Douglas and Mylah Douglas, Brothers; James (Ellen) Manz, and Jack Manz as well as 4 Great-Grandchildren and many nephews, nieces and other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Charles Manz, Mother, Eldora (Huffman) Manz, Son, Richard Manz, Sister, Elizabeth Cannon, and Mother-In-Law, Bessie Hamric.

Interment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery on Thursday, September 15 at 10:15 A.M.
