Joseph Alan Chandler

Joseph Alan Chandler, 60, of Plain Township, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 22, 2013. Joseph was born on December 6, 1953 in Charleston, WV the son of the late Giles Bradford and Juanita Virginia (Burgess) Chandler. Joe lived in the area most of his life and worked for the Massillon U.S. Post Office for 20 years. He was a member of Jesus Christ Church of Latter Day Saints in Canton. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Michael J. Chandler and his nephew Wayne Golden. He is survived by his son Joseph A. Chandler (Megan), Jr. of Aston, PA; his granddaughter, Emerson Hope Chandler; his sister Joan (Kenny) Golden of Ocala, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held by his family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Jesus Christ Church of Latter Day Saints in Canton in Joseph's memory.
