Jordon R. Jones

Jordon R. Jones age 83 passed away Thursday November 8, 2007 at Aultman Hospital. He was born July 28, 1924 in Jackson County, TN to the late Johnnie & Genie (Forkum) Jones and moved to the Canton area in 1967. He retired from Monarch Rubber (Hartville) in 1985. He was preceded in death by his wife Edith Jones (2001), a son William R. Jones (1996), a brother and two sisters. He is survived by; four grandchildren: William & Darla Jones of Wadsworth with whom he made his home for the past 3 years, Robert & Amanda Jones of Canton, Calvin Jones of Canton and Brian Jones of Hartville; and 9 great grandchildren. Jordon has six surviving sisters and a brother: Bonnie Sands of TN, Joanne Gore of Canton, Edith Scarbo of TN, Juanita Stewart of TN, Betty Fausnight of Canton and Larry Jones of Wooster. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday November 13, 2007 at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Navarre. Friends may call from 12:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
