Jon Dale "Pops" Mcfarren, Sr.

Jon Dale McFarren “Pops”, Sr., 84, of Massillon, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. Jon was born on November 10, 1937, in Navarre, Ohio. He was a lifelong resident of the area and a 1955 graduate of Washington High School. He was a United States Army veteran. Jon worked as an electrician for the Timken Co. and retired after 30 years of service. He loved fixing things, taking care of his beautiful yard, and watching Western Movies. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann (Lektorich) McFarren, with whom he shared 62 years of marriage; children, Laurie (Tim) McGuriman, and Jon McFarren, Jr.; granddaughters, Kaitlyn (Erik) Jonathan, and Emily McGuriman; sister, Shirley, and twin sister, Janis; niece, Lillian; and nephew, Bruce.
