John E. Huston Jr. age 64 of Jackson Twp. passed away at his home Sunday November 18, 2007. John was born September 27, 1943 in Newman to the late John E. & Alice (Wallenhurst) Huston Sr. He was a 1961 graduate of Washington High School and a veteran of the U.S. Marines. He had been employed at Campbell Oil for 23 years and was responsible for new construction and maintenance of the Bell Stores. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. John never lost his love for the Tigers on Friday nights. John was a member of AmVets #12, the Army-Navy Club and the Sons of Herman. He is survived by his son, John E. Huston III of Jackson Twp.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Joanne (Larry) Brenner of Tuscarawas Twp. and Janice (Richard) Arnold of Lake Cable. He leaves his companion of six years, Diane Tondola of Jackson Twp. A Memorial Service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Friends may call one hour before the service Friday at the funeral home. His final resting place will be at Newman Cemetery.
