John E. Frye

John E. Frye, age 63 of Perry Township, died on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born on August 2, 1949 in Canton, Ohio and was the son of the late Carl and Maxine (Ikey) Frye. John graduated from the former Lincoln High School in Canton and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Services at Akron University. He was a member of Reedurban Presbyterian Church. John is survived by his wife Carol A. (Eshelman) Frye, his siblings, Daniel (Marlene) Frye, Nancy Frye, Beverly (Kenneth) Hall and Bryan Frye. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Monday at 11:00 A.M. at Reedurban Presbyterian Church with Dr. Darrell Holmes officiating. Burial will follow at West Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 P.M. and on Monday at the church one hour before the service.
