June 16, 1939 — July 9, 2024

Joseph A. Arnold age 85, passed away July 9th 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born in Akron Ohio and grew up in Lake Cable. He was a graduate of Jackson High School and served in the U.S. Army. Joe was in the steel business for over 50 years and President of Arnold Printing Inc.

Joe had many accomplishments including President of the Riverside JC’s, President of Shady Hollow Country Club and was active in numerous other organizations.

His passions were golf and traveling. Joe was a member of Shady Hollow County club for 30 years where he won the Club Championship six times. He also won the Stark County Super Senior tournament and competed many others. Joe loved to travel and was proud to have visited all 50 states. For Joe, it was all about the journey not the destination.

He is proceeded in death by Sue his loving wife of 50 years, brother John Arnold and grandson Ryan Toth.

Joe is survived by daughter Gayle (Jeff) Miller, son Craig (Andrea) Arnold, sister Carol (Bud) Sundberg, granddaughter Ashley Toth and great grandchildren Kilynn, RJ and Gage.

Per Joe’s request, cremation has taken place. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, from 1:00 - 3:00PM at Paquelet Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Rd. NE, Massillon OH, 44646. Private inurnment will take place in North Canton Cemetery at a later date.
