Joanne Wissmar

Joanne M Wissmar, 83, of Massillon, passed away November 17, 2022, Joanne was born on June 21, 1939 to the late John and Sophie (Pisarcik) Fritsch. On August 3, 1957 she married the love of her life Donald E. Wissmar. They spent 64 wonderful years together before his passing in 2021.

Joanne retired from Kamph's Hardware. Joanne was a strong willed and loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and will be missed by many.

In addition to her parents and husband, Joanne was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel "Danny" Fritsch, infant grandson, and infant great granddaughter.

She is survived by her brother Ernest "Ernie" (Linda) Fritsch; her children, Donald P. (Donna) Wissmar, Michael Wissmar, Daniel (Judy) Wissmar, and Sean (Stacey) Wissmar; grandchildren, Jessica (Brent), Donald , Jr., Amber, Roth, Maia, Heather, Brent; four great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Inurnment will take place at Calvary Cemetery where she will be placed with her husband Donald.
